Please find below a copy of  hard letter sent out with pupils on Tuesday 16th April.

As this payment is for an external supplier I can confirm that payment should be made in cash. The cash should be placed in a sealed envelope together with the order form- your child's name, teachers name and class must be clearly written on the front of the envelope. We will not be able to accept any other form of payment and will not accept loose cash/ orders.

At Hopkins and Poyner Dental practice, we are pleased to have received a new contract that has opened up many NHS spaces for children up to 18 years old. There is an unfortunate shortage of NHS dentists in the area, so we hope this will help children in our community, to gain access to free dental care.

We are a local dental practice by the Guy Fawkes Inn, in York. 

Please find attached a registration form if you wish to register your child- they need to be returned by email to: tco@hopkinsandpoyner.com

Our holiday clubs open at 8am with flexible drop off until 9am! Pick up as late as 5:30pm!!

Parents can book in single days or full weeks and pay using government childcare vouchers.

Proofs of individual and siblings photos will be sent home in school bags by the end of the week, with details of how to place an online order. We hope you are pleased with them.

Orders must be placed by Wednesday 13th March if you wish to have the photos delivered free of charge to school. After this date a delivery charge will be applied to orders. All orders must be made online, we cannot accept any orders in the school office.
