The governors are seeking to appoint for a new SENDCO from Monday, 2 September 2024.

This will be a 0.4 FTE (part-time) permanent contract with flexible days to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

The successful candidates will have:

• Experience of SEND teaching across the primary age range
• The ability to lead school improvement initiatives and be committed to achieving high standards
• Effective communication skills
• A thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
• The NASENCO qualification
• The ability to lead and manage a team
