Following an incident involving a staff vehicle and another vehicle in the school car park this morning, we would like to remind families that the school car park is for deliveries, staff or disabled parking access only at all times. You must not use the car park to drop children off at school. Unfortunately, we only have a very limited amount of parking and this means that there is no capacity for additional vehicles. Fortunately, no children or adults were hurt in the incident.
May we also take this opportunity to request that pupils entering and leaving school use the pedestrian gates & paths, and do not walk anywhere in the car park. Visibility can be quite restricted and, by ensuring that children use paths, we reduce unnecessary risks.
